This year is well on its way and so is my Chronicles art journal… I am working on the spread for week 3 but week 1 and 2 are done. I show those in this blogpost, but first I join in on the What’s On Your Work desk Wednesday blog hop with a photo that shows how my desk looks this morning.
I was not able to visit the other participants last week but I plan on ‘making the round’ today.
And now, as promised, the spreads in my weekly art journal
The Chronicles of Marit 2017 – Week 1
The Chronicles of Marit 2017 – Week 2
Three photos and a few words… that’s what this blogpost holds today… just as our dear woyww hostess Julia, owner of Stamping Ground, likes it. Hope YOU like it too. Thanks for your visit.

Afternoon Marit. An incredibly organised desk there. It always looks so very neat and tidy. Well done on completing the first two week’s pages.
Take care. God bless.

Glad I chased the blues away (or should I say greys?) with my little funny story, the friend who showed it to me was crying as she read it out, with laughter obviously.
Love your journalling. Did you do the illustrations yourself (except the man in bottom RH corner of course)? What a fabulous journal to look back on.
Love your desk too – such a lot of natural light.
Are you going to the Art Specially Show? My friend and I are flying to the Netherlands and attending the show – just one overnight stay but we have heard so much about it we cannot wait to see it for ourselves.
Hugs & Thanks for the visit earlier

Hi Marit, I love your Chronicles! I keep a planner/journal but it’s no way as beautiful as yours. I have looked into doing it in a different way for next year and make it from scratch. Happy WOYWW! Sez x #24
