come back for the “proper” walk (although the other one was great to re-visit, even though i didn’t realise it was a repeat, shows how well I looked at the date!) and that statue of the person one the top of the wall, gazing out, is my favourite! very soulful. Helen #4 (but you know that, lol)

Well I didn’t even remember the November post, so I’ve enjoyed two walks! I really did enjoy this newer one, that statue of the girl just look8ng over the street, isn’t that lovely. I think I’m a bit in love with the Bastion too, it’s fascinating shape must be unique, surely? I like the poems on the wall, Mr Dunnit is fascinated by the metalwork for beams and things, it seems that even architecture and engineering differs from country to country. Aren’t we interesting human beings!

It was a busy day for me yesterday so I’m just playing catch up with visiting my blogging friends. The Stick Man outfit was completed and looked really lovely but…..more about that on my Friday blog post. 🙂
I really enjoyed my walk with you today. We love Holland and have several really good friends living there.

I really enjoyed this walk around Middelburg with you – what a wonderful town, so interesting. I love walking around the back streets and alleys of places, they’re so much better than the main streets. I can see why you love living there Marit, it;s very you!!
