Goodmorning lovelies.
It’s a beautiful, cold morning in the Netherlands and the sky is blue, so my beloved and I plan on going for a long walk at the seaside today. I guess that made me choose this photo to write a haiku…
Friday haiku
in het voorbijgaan liet de wind onleesbare ribbelregels na |
as the wind passed by it left unreadable lines, distorted sandwords |
The photo is taken by Lena Schreijenberg
I submit this haiku to Recuerda Mi Corazon where our lovely hostess Rebecca brings us all together to share a haiku on Friday: Haiku my Heart
Last week, “A ShutterBug Explores” said in a comment that she missed my collage work – well, you are served at your beck and call dear, ’cause here are some pages from my journal

Dear Marit your haiku… is amazing. That is a book I want to read… with my feet. Hope it was a wonderful day walking amongst the sandwords… thanks to you and Lena! And I always love seeing your collages. The one you gifted me with, still sits where I can see it every day.

I love, love, love this haiku. Only the wind knows what it wrote in the sand. A profound secret indeed!
