I have had it with these cold and gray post-winter days!
Yesterday was promising (a cold wind was blowing but it was at least sunny) but today was yet another drizzle day. I got wet socks/feet walking through the rain as it turned out the boots I was wearing were not waterproof – blaaahhh… I’m dreaming of Spring, warm days, walking bare feet and wearing waving hippie-skirts….
“Dream”, that’s the title of this tiny art journal (4 x 7 cm / 1.57 x 2.75 inch) and here are the photos.
Dream on, sweeties… Spring will get here eventually.
While waiting, pour yourself a glass and get creative.
Have a nice weekend.

Just adorable. lovely. what sort of binding are you using just out of curiosity?
Marit says
For these tiny minibooks, I don’t use a binding really… I create the cover from three pieces of cardboard (cover, back and spine)I cover/glue these together with a nice dessinpaper or fabric and that’s my ‘basic cover.’ I create the inside pages from a long strip of paper, that I fold (like a harmonica.) I work on that, and when it is finished, I just glue the pages together, glue the first and last page into the cover ‘et voila’… (I do know and use all kinds of bindings – with thread – and usually bind my books, but this tiny journal I just find too small to also bind/use thread on the pages…)

Hello my art sister ♥ What a precious book you’ve made full of all of your special touches!
As I posted about some found poetry today (more like phrases as it turned out) I thought of you.
Your blog has a whole new look…wish I knew what I was doing in that department.
Your book is a treasure just like you are!
We are in the deep freeze here with record setting low temperatures…
I like thinking about all of the new life waiting to spring forth under the blanket of white snow we have.
Have a lovely weekend…

That IS tiny! It’s got quite a few pages though! It must feel very rewarding to make these. I’ll try it one day!
