Friday haiku
Waar land water raakt: Basalt. Zeewering. Een trap… men waant zich veilig |
Where land meets water: Basalt. Seawall. A staircase… one thinks theirselves safe |
The photos (the one that is on the ‘home’ page as well as this one) were taken by Lena Schreijenberg
I submit this haiku to Recuerda Mi Corazon where our lovely hostess Rebecca brings us all together to share a haiku on Friday: Haiku my Heart
Je t’embrasse
Meri says
The sea can be unpredictable, especially for those who ignore the signs. Life, too, can be unpredictable.
judie says
I will trust the seawall and not go too far down the staircase.

I long for the ocean like you cannot believe. Lena’s photos and your words, Marit, roar in my ears and fill my senses with negative ions and the smell of salt and fresh air. How I want to feel this place between earth and water in every fiber of my being. Thank you my Zeeland friend. XO
gillena says
Stay safe Marit
Happy weekend
