The Harmonica book you made for your mother’s cousin is simply amazing! I love all the colorful collages and the whimsical verses you wrote to go along with the imagery. The bag that she made for you is amazing too. Happy belated WOYWW!

Anne’s bag is just gorgeous, and how you’ll think of her every time you use it, I love that about such gifts. And your return gift is wonderful, I bet she loves it, i love your lettering on the front of it, do you do it in pencil first or just attack?!! Sounds like we’re on the end of summer now, and although its still lovely and warm, the sun is definitely looking autumnal…my garden has fallen leaves in it!

Oh Marit, still have not seen you wearing the lovely skirt! Was thinking you might show it with the bag you just received. Fab bag by the way and so Woodstock!
The harmonica book (which we call a concertina book I think) – well that is fabulous! I love it. What a lot of fun you must have had making it. Great cover and the sisters are just wonderful. Love how colourful it is.
Thanks for sharing it with us

We’ve had the heat here in Kent.. It’s been apparently hotter than Barbados! That’s ridiculous. Summer can just bog right off now – roll on Autumn.

I adore both your book – that collage is divine and your bag. What gorgeous gifts to each other.

Have a lovely week,

Hi Marit.

Oh my goodness, you and Anne have both been so lucky in this gift exchange – I would have been thrilled to receive either one! I love how the patchwork theme runs through both, and how the colour palettes are also very similar. You are clearly kindred spirits.
