<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>I love poetry.<br />
I am especially fond of &#8216;found poetry&#8217;, and I mean found in all its forms&#8230; found in book titles, found in magazines, on book pages, cut out words and sentences &#8211; you name it. There is so much possible when it comes to &#8216;found poetry&#8217;&#8230; and this kind of poetry is also great to use on art journal pages also.</p>
<p>I therefore started FOUND POETRY FRIDAY &#8211; everyone is welcome to play along!</p>
<p>There is an <strong>&#8220;Inlinkz&#8221;-list at the end of this post</strong>. If you want to share your found poems, you are welcome to add your name to the list that will link us to your blogpost.</p>
<p><strong>You can post your found poem on your own blog any time during the week, so you don&#8217;t have to make YOUR Fridays all about poetry &#8211; you just link us to the post that contains your poem. Please use the url that goes directly to you &#8216;found poetry post.&#8217;</strong></p>
<p>Today&#8217;s poem came together pretty quick&#8230; I had that wonderful monotype laying on my desk that I wanted to use. I grabbed my folder with cut out sentences and without giving it much though, I selected sentences and words that spoke to me and that I thought would fit with the image.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the poem I found</p>
<p><strong>The Future<br />
</strong></p>
<p><a href="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/24-The-Future-fpf5.jpg"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-14745" alt="24-The-Future-fpf5" src="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/24-The-Future-fpf5.jpg" width="500" height="684" srcset="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/24-The-Future-fpf5.jpg 500w, https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/24-The-Future-fpf5-219x300.jpg 219w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></a></p>
<p>Did you find a poem this week?<br />
Then link us all up to your found poetry by using the InLinkz list below.</p>
<p>Enjoy the weekend!</p>
<p>[inlinkz id = 11]</p>

<p>Wednesday&#8230; &#8220;Into the Studio&#8221; day&#8230; and since my energy still lingers &#8211; here we go!<br />
(For all of you who wonder why I was offline for so long, read my Monday post <a href="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/?p=14408" target="_blank">here</a>)</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s Wednesday&#8217;s <strong>golden oldie</strong> scrapbook layout – lifted from one of my old scrapbook albums.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="wp-image-10867 aligncenter" title="albums" alt="" src="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/albums-300x255.jpg" width="300" height="255" srcset="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/albums-300x255.jpg 300w, https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/albums.jpg 852w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p>(I don&#8217;t create &#8216;traditional scrapbook layouts&#8217; anymore but every Wednesday I dive into my albums and lift a &#8216;golden oldie.&#8217; The layouts I pick are random, YOU &#8211; blog readers &#8211; name the number of the album and layout to show. <span style="color: #993300;"><strong>Let me know in a comment which album you want me to open next week &#8211; to avoid that you name layouts that have already been requested, you can find a list showing the &#8216;free&#8217; numbers to choose from <a href="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/?page_id=10661" target="_blank"><span style="color: #993300;">on this page</span></a>.</strong></span></p>
<p>The request came from <em><strong>Rasz</strong></em> from <a href="http://www.raszart.com/" target="_blank"><em><strong>Rasz Art</strong></em></a> &#8211; who commented on June 28th post and asked me to open album 7 and show layout 45. This is what I found:</p>
<p><em><strong>All the Lonely People </strong>[Eleanor Rigby]</em><a href="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/01-Lonely-people.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-14451" alt="01-Lonely-people" src="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/01-Lonely-people.jpg" width="800" height="800" srcset="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/01-Lonely-people.jpg 800w, https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/01-Lonely-people-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/01-Lonely-people-300x300.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>I made this scrapbook layout in October 2009 (see the old post with detail photos <a href="http://www.maritspaperworld.com/old-blog/?p=5413" target="_blank">HERE</a>) and you can see that back then I started to experiment and create layouts in a different way, not following the traditional &#8216;scrapbook rules&#8217;. (This layout even looks a bit like an art journal page, which is what I mostly work with now&#8230;)</p>
<p>I am delighted that my desk does not look as empty as it did the past weeks&#8230; and I am happy to show it to you.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s for <a href="http://stamping-ground.blogspot.nl/2013/09/whats-on-your-workdesk-wednesday-224.html" target="_blank"><strong>WOYWW #224<br />
</strong></a>(HI Julia, HI folks&#8230; glad to be back!)</p>
<p><a href="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/woyww224.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-14453" alt="woyww#224" src="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/woyww224.jpg" width="900" height="675" srcset="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/woyww224.jpg 900w, https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/woyww224-300x225.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></a></p>
<p>I won&#8217;t play with the things on my desk today though&#8230;.<br />
&#8217;cause look what I found in the fridge this morning!</p>
<p><a href="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/gelatine01.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-medium wp-image-14456 aligncenter" alt="gelatine01" src="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/gelatine01-300x187.jpg" width="300" height="187" srcset="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/gelatine01-300x187.jpg 300w, https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/gelatine01.jpg 800w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></a></p>
<p>Yep&#8230; a homemade gelatine plate!</p>
<p><a href="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/gelatine02.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-medium wp-image-14457 aligncenter" alt="gelatine02" src="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/gelatine02-300x187.jpg" width="300" height="187" srcset="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/gelatine02-300x187.jpg 300w, https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/gelatine02.jpg 800w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></a></p>
<p>The big diner table down the stairs is absolutely the place to make monotypes, so I plan on bringing down the paint, templates and paint rollers from the studio and spend the afternoon at the diner table.</p>
<p>Hope your day is nice, colorful and creative too!</p>
<p><span style="color: #993300;">(Oh, and please leave your request for the next &#8216;golden oldie&#8217; in a comment &#8211; the list to choose from can be found <a href="https://www.maritspaperworld.com/blog/?page_id=10661" target="_blank"><span style="color: #993300;">here</span></a>)</span></p>
