Last week I was busy “putting up the tents” for the creative summer camp<\/a>. \ud83d\ude42
\nThe doors will open in about three weeks and everything has to be in tip-top
\norder by then!<\/p>\n

HUH??? Tents???<\/p>\n

No, ofcourse not!<\/p>\n

You all know
\nby now that
\nthe Creative
\nSummer Camp
\nis an online<\/strong> event!!!<\/p>\n

But this is a
\nnice way to start
\nmy Friday blogpost,
\nisn’t it?!<\/p>\n

The ‘online camping site’ is large enough to accommodate large groups,
\nso if you want to make this a creative Summer: click the link and join the fun!<\/p>\n

Are you confused by now?
\nWith ‘building op the Summer Camp’ I mean that I am busy producing
\nthe challenge-documents and placing them into the community.
\nI also am not done with creating examples (where necessary) etc.<\/p>\n

So I AM very creative these days, but nothing I can show you…
\nbesides this little thingie…<\/p>\n

ATC: Busy<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have a little box in one of the drawers of my ‘creative closet’ – and I throw
\nall kinds of little things and left overs there… The background was a piece of
\npaper on which I wiped of my paint brush last week. (When I create, I like to
\nuse the ‘left overs’ for ATC’s or backgrounds. That way, you don’t spill a thing!)<\/p>\n
So I had that background, and I looked in my little ‘left overs’ box to see
\nwhat more was in there… Haaa… see that small piece of twill tape (fabric)???
\nMaybe you recognize it from this page<\/a>!<\/p>\n
I also found small pieces of transparent, plastic ribbon (with the black flowers)
\nThe silver, elastic band with beads was wrapped around a present, but I
\nhonestly do not know who gave it to me. (Mom? Lena?)
\nI hand stitched the twill tape and elastic band onto the ATC, and that’s it.
\nAll in all it took me maybe 10 minutes to make… (which I spend the most
\nby looking in my closet drawer to see what I could use!)<\/p>\n
When I visited Phinner’s blog last week, she had a link to a video in her post
\nand she said that she laughed sooo hard when she saw this video…<\/p>\n
I became curious (ofcourse!) and clicked the link…. OHMY!
\nThis was not ‘giggle worthy’ – I really was laughing hard!!!!
\n(Imagine me, all by myself at the computer – laughing out loud!
\nNot just ‘LOL’ – which we type easily – no… LAUGHING OUT LOUD.
\nLike: HAAAHAHAHA<\/p>\n
So at night, sitting on the couch to watch ‘Criminal Minds’ with my son,
\nI thought about it again and I told him that I laughed so hard.
\nI didn’t tell him what it was about (that would spoil the fun) but I said
\nI would show him the video as soon as the commercial breaks would be on.<\/p>\n
After a while (watching TV) he suddenly said:
\n“Mom, was it about XXXXXXXX <\/em>?”<\/p>\n
…???… How could he know???!!!!<\/p>\n
It turned out that this YouTube video is so popular, that it was showed
\nin a Dutch talk show (“DWDD”) last week! Aaarghhhh… surprise ruined!<\/p>\n
We watched it again anyway. And yes, we both laughed!<\/p>\n
