Good morning lovely ones. I hope you slept well… we had major thunderstorms here last night with overwhelming sounds and a lot of lightning… fabulous to watch from the balcony! Today I woke up to a gray day: the atmosphere calmed down but thick clouds cover the skies. Ideal weather for me to retreat in my atelier, write a blog post and do a little painting.<\/p>\n

I told you last week that I created quite a bit of art over the last weeks… there’s a lot to show you! In this post I concentrate on the index cards. Do you remember I was creating on index cards with the prompts for this year’s ICAD? I didn’t make it ’till the end (that would have been 61 cards!) as other assignments and ideas got in the way, but here’s the last ones I hadn’t published yet.<\/p>\n

This last card clearly gives the impression that I just wanted to relieve myself of a burdensome duty… it is uninspired and a bit of a mess.
