I had some fun activities last week (Daddy&#8217;s birthday!) and on top of that, I got all absorbed by playing another Zelda video game. (For you who read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/art-journal-pages-woyww-346\/\" target=\"_blank\">this post two weeks ago<\/a>: I finished &#8220;Ocarina of Time&#8221; and started on &#8220;Majora&#8217;s Mask&#8221; last week&#8230; and no, it&#8217;s not &#8220;revisiting my youth&#8221; as someone commented&#8230; I was in my mid-thirties when I bought the Nintendo and started playing games with my son &#8211; he loved playing adventures games too, but the device was\/is mine!)<\/p>\n<p>I put away the controller after the weekend to work in my atelier but that turned out to be pretty hard because someone started renovating their apartment and the past days were filled with drilling and milling&#8230;\u00a0 the noise was overwhelming and I could hardly think, let alone concentrate&#8230; the only thing I could do was draw an alphabet and color it (that kind of work does not need much thinking&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>The lettering journal was still on my desk this morning. This day started quiet, and it still is&#8230; let&#8217;s hope it stays that way as a person goes crazy from all that noise in the house&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>So, my desk today&#8230; here it is.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/stamping-ground.blogspot.nl\/2016\/02\/whats-on-your-workdesk-wednesday-348.html\" target=\"_blank\">WOYWW #348<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/woyww348.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20269\"><img wpfc-lazyload-disable=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-20269\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/woyww348.jpg\" alt=\"woyww#348\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/woyww348.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/woyww348-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/woyww348-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can see that my window is open&#8230; that&#8217;s not because of the warm weather but to air out our apartment.<\/p>\n<p>I thought you might like a better look at my lettering-journal. The colors are a bit pale on the photo, the yellow is brighter in real live. I don&#8217;t know if I will color the lettering too&#8230; I might leave it open\/white like this but maybe a color would look nice? What would you do?
