… at the end of the tunnel!<\/p>\n

The last three weeks, I’ve been working my butt off writing articles – facing
\none deadline after another – but there’s an end to it and it’s getting near!
\nOne more busy week ahead but after that, I will have more time to create.<\/p>\n

I did have some spare time last weekend though, so let’s see how I used it!<\/p>\n

For starters, I worked on an assignment for ‘A Year in the Life
\nof an Art Journal’.<\/p>\n

The new prompt will be on
\nthe blog on June 15th, so I
\nwon’t show you the page yet.
\nBut I can show you what I
\nmade to use on my page!<\/p>\n

Yep – I carved stamps!
\nSince I started with this
\ntechnique, I’m totally in
\nlove with making stamps.
\nI find it very relaxing to
\nsit at the table with my
\ntools and carefully cut
\nthe small pieces out of
\nthe eraser. It’s fun to do
\nand you know what the
\nbest part of it is? When
\nI’m done my collection
\nis increased with one stamp!
\n(In this case: two!)<\/p>\n

After making the stamps and finishing the page I was working on,
\nI also used the circle stamp on my ‘Chronicles’ page.<\/p>\n

My first attempt on making a portrait!
\n(The eye didn’t come out that good and\u00a0 it was pretty difficult to cut this one.
\nI still recognize myself in the stamped image though. Isn’t that cool?!)<\/p>\n
