What wakes you up in the morning?

Is it your bladder?

Is it the sun shining through the curtains?

Is it your child calling your name?

Is it the alarmclock?

Lately, these two ladies – sitting high on the neighbours’ roof – wake me up with their chitter.

I sip my coffee out on the balcony while watching these birds arrange their plumage – it’s a lovely way to start the day!

Last week I created ATC’s (Artist Trading Cards) and there is also a prepared canvas waiting to start on, but art journaling is my niche. I create in all kinds of (self bound) books in varies sizes and sometimes a journal get neglected for a while but there’s one journal I return to every week: the Chronicles. It’s my visual diary and I create these weekly pages for the 9th year now. (You can see all the Chronicles journals and click through the pages on my website HERE.)

|
