Good morning lovely ones.
\nI woke up to a sunny, windy day.
\nA day just like the one that this photo was taken,
\nI presume,
\n’cause I did not take this picture.
\nMy friend Lena did.
\nI wrote the haiku.<\/p>\n

I submit this haiku to Recuerda Mi Corazon where our lovely hostess Rebecca brings us all together to share a haiku on Friday: Haiku my Heart<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Speaking of opposites: in contrary of the above tranquil image, I have a loud and excitable thing to show you. I received a big envelope with old (childhood) photos from my parents and I used the following sketch (from the “Dutch Dares<\/a>” scrapbooking challenge group on Facebook) to create a scrapbook lay out.<\/p>\n

Aahhhh… ain’t she sweet? I was such a happy camper back then… now that I come to think about it, I am still a positive person – but I don’t wear hats like that anymore. Would be fun to have one though!<\/p>\n

Used materials<\/strong>:<\/em> patterned scrapbook paper of unknown origin … old sticker (on top of the date), sticky letters (the black title) and rub ons. The red piece of text comes from an old (1955) magazine ‘Libelle’, washi tape, the vertical text is stamped and I found that tiny little piece of lace (stapled at the edge) at the bottom of an old box.<\/em><\/p>\n

I wish you ‘happy camper moments’ today (but without gloves and hat… seems to me it was cold on the day this photo was taken.)
