Friday haiku<\/strong><\/p>\n

windstille morgen
\nde oude molen krijgt plots
\neen extra dag vrij<\/td>\n		<\/td>\nday without wind
\nan unexpected day off
\nfor the old windmill<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

I submit this haiku to Recuerda Mi Corazon where our lovely hostess Rebecca brings us all together to share a haiku on Friday: Haiku my Heart<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

It’s Summer in the Netherlands and I spend my days being lazy. I wander around the house or I hook up with people I haven’t seen in a while. I also spend an afternoon with my parents. We drove to a small village near the water where my dad and I sat on a dyke and sketched. Some of you may have seen these drawings on my Facebook page or in the newsletter, but I had not published them on my blog yet.<\/p>\n

These sketches perfectly picture the languor of a warm summer afternoon.<\/p>\n
