I’m sorry, I’m\u00a0 sorry if you’re (temporarily) deaf now, but I just had to yell!!
\nIT<\/span><\/strong> somehow has to come out – and because I can’t say anything about IT<\/strong><\/span> (yet)
\nI thought I’d shout!<\/p>\n

You don’t have to wait long before I share IT<\/strong><\/span> with you though –
\nI will tell you next week.<\/p>\n

Huh? Next week you say? You aren’t going to write blogposts then, are you?
\nNext week is all about the top 2000 – or am I wrong? <\/em><\/p>\n

No, you’re not wrong, but IT<\/span><\/strong> has something to do with the top 2000.
\nSort of. Uhm. Yes. <\/em><\/p>\n

I better keep my big mouth shut now before I accidentally spill something
\nand spoil the fun…<\/em><\/p>\n

Let’s move on to art journaling then, shall we?<\/p>\n

While uploading my Chronicles page, I noticed that I was missing
\nthe page of the week before… I told you I was very busy with the
\nmagazine but WOWZAH – I even forgot to photograph and show you
\nthe Chronicles page of week 49!<\/p>\n

So here it is sweeties: the missing page<\/p>\n

The Chronicles of Marit – Week 49<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

(Size: 23 x 31 cm - 9.1 x 12.2 inch)<\/pre>\n
Week 49 was the week I began ‘tweeting’ – remember?
\nThe little birdie testifies of this milestone! The old man was cut out
\nof a postcard my dad send to me from France one Summer.
\nDon’t you just love that naughty look in his eyes?<\/p>\n
Oh, and I noticed a lot of you find it nice when I tell how I ‘build’ my pages,
\nso here’s the rest:
\nBackground is acrylic paint (light-blue).
\nFor the week & date I used Tim Holtz alphabet masks and
\nsprayed with purple ink (Adirondack color wash).
\nI drew the lines with Copic markers.
\nThe journaling was done with a black Sharpie, as are all the extra little dots
\n(around the image, at the top etc.)<\/p>\n
The Chronicles of Marit – Week 50<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started week 50 with paint dots on the pages, but I didn’t like it at all – so I
\nglued kraft paper over it (you can still see the big paint dots shining through,
\nbut that doesn’t bother anymore). I put images random on the page, and drew
\nsquares using the shapes of the photos. The journaling is done with a brown
\nfineliner (felt-tipped pen) and the white is done with a Sharpie.<\/p>\n
Only 5 days to go before the top 2000 starts!<\/p>\n
