I swept the floor, cleaned the bathroom<br \/>\nand ran around waving the dust away&#8230; the house needs thorough cleaning,<br \/>\nbut I will save the big job for the annual Spring cleaning&#8230; in a month or so?<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Spring is still <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/?p=5579\" target=\"_blank\">in the hair<\/a> too.<br \/>\nWhen I washed my hair the other day, I was finished in a jiffy<br \/>\n&#8211; and I just had to shake my head for it was dry (so to speak \ud83d\ude09 .)<br \/>\nIt made me think back on the years when I had long hair&#8230;<br \/>\nand when I say long, I mean LONG alright!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/marit-1997.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5610\" title=\"marit-1997\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/marit-1997-300x272.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/marit-1997-300x272.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/marit-1997.jpg 551w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Washing my hair back then was quite a challenge&#8230; shampooing gave me<br \/>\ncramp in my arms &#8211; not to mention the amount of shampoo that it cost.<br \/>\nAlso, it took a day for my hair to dry. Now I could tell<br \/>\nyou how it&#8217;s done of course, but I remembered Julie Balzer once made a<br \/>\nvideo tutorial about this technique, so I looked it up for you. It&#8217;s what she<br \/>\ncalls a &#8216;one minute technique&#8217; and everyone can do it!<br \/>\nView <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=158ml7utHjE\" target=\"_blank\">Julie&#8217;s 1:18 minutes video here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t use this technique a lot myself &#8217;cause most times I don&#8217;t want<br \/>\nthat shiny surface that tape leaves on the picture, but every once in<br \/>\na while it comes in handy, especially when time is limited!<br \/>\nYou don&#8217;t have to mirror your image or wait for it to dry &#8211; you can use<br \/>\nthe transferred image on your pages right away.\u00a0 Sounds good eh?!<\/p>\n<p>I have some exciting plans for this week and I hope everything<br \/>\nwill go as planned so I can tell you about it on Friday.<br \/>\nI wish you all beautiful days, transfer some &#8216;Spring pictures&#8217;!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yessss, temperatures are rising and I still have that &#8216;Spring feeling&#8217;.
