It just was the end of a very busy week and when I finally had the time<br \/>\nto create, my energy was all gone. I had a beautiful half-finished page waiting<br \/>\nfor me, but somehow my mojo was gone.<br \/>\nI ended up doing nothing and felt slightly frustrated &#8230; and I went to bed early.<\/p>\n<p>The next day, the guys and I started the weekend with an English breakfast<br \/>\n(waaahhh &#8230; sausages, bacon, baked beans &#8230; how many calories is that?)<br \/>\nI\u00a0 hoisted me into a skirt instead of my worn home suit &#8211; which made me feel<br \/>\nall &#8216;girly&#8217;, and the mojo came flying in. Woohooo!<\/p>\n<p>I kept on going, and it&#8217;s too much to show it all today.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ll save something for my Friday post, so you won&#8217;t find &#8216;nothing&#8217; again&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ofcourse I finished my week page!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Chronicles of Marit &#8211; week 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/week06.jpg\"><img wpfc-lazyload-disable=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-743\" title=\"week06\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/week06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"950\" height=\"731\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/week06.jpg 950w, https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/week06-300x230.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 950px) 100vw, 950px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A little bit of this, a little bit of that&#8230;<br \/>\nI experimented with bleach (stamped on the right page) but I didn&#8217;t like<br \/>\nthe results this particular stamp gave. I do like the technique though,<br \/>\nand I learned a lot during my experiments!<\/p>\n<p>Last Summer, my son gave me this fabulous journal!<br \/>\nI showed the inside pages on my old blog in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/old-blog\/?p=8774\" target=\"_blank\">this post<\/a><br \/>\n(you can also read the conversation I had with him back then)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/04_boek.jpg\"><img wpfc-lazyload-disable=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-740\" title=\"04_boek\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/04_boek.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"616\" height=\"700\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/04_boek.jpg 616w, https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/04_boek-264x300.jpg 264w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 616px) 100vw, 616px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This weekend, I started working on the first page.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s quite large\u00a0 &#8211; 25 x 35 cm (9.8 x 13.7 inch) which is nice to work on<br \/>\nfor a change. Here&#8217;s the page I made<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/01-let-things-go.jpg\"><img wpfc-lazyload-disable=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-742\" title=\"01-let-things-go\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/01-let-things-go.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"746\" height=\"950\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/01-let-things-go.jpg 746w, https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/01-let-things-go-235x300.jpg 235w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 746px) 100vw, 746px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It doesn&#8217;t really show on the photo, but the black lines and doodles on<br \/>\nthe borders are made with liquid pearl pen.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s all shiny and dimensional, and I love the effect!<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and I&#8217;m in love with my water soluble oil pastels!!!<br \/>\nThe pages in this new journal have a little bit of structure,<br \/>\nand the effect when I used the pastels on the page is amazing!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/oilcrayons.jpg\"><img wpfc-lazyload-disable=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-757\" title=\"oilcrayons\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/oilcrayons.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"276\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/oilcrayons.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.maritspaperworld.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/oilcrayons-300x138.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My beloved gave me this large box from Caran d&#8217;Ache,<br \/>\nand I find myself wanting to use them all the time!<br \/>\nThanks so much love!<\/p>\n<p>This week, I still will be busy writing articles and there will again be little time left to create (but I got my Friday post covered \ud83d\ude09 ) After that, it will be done for a month and I have lots of plans to fill March with!
