Seven pictures
(and a few words)

I won’t be writing a long post this time, just want to show you what I created last weekend.

For this lay out
I used the Word
of the Week
Believe” from
Scrapping out
Loud!

I love this paper,
it looks like leather!

Found “Free Tolkien fonts”…
(I will tell you
more about me and
“Lord of the Rings” in a later post;
I might even show you some things…!)

And, if I hadn’t done enough, I created another lay out
for Scrapping out Loud…

This was their challenge:
“Me, Right Now! – scrap a layout about yourself, where and who you are right now at this age!”

My beloved gave this the name:
“My golden years”
(Oooh, whap, whap – but you have to be a certain age to understand this…)

This glimmering
thread surprisingly
worked together with my sewing machine!

Golden ME!

The text comes from the song
“I’m a bitch,
I’m a lover”
(Song & lyrics:
Alanis Morissette)

I could’ve used a lot of words to describe myself right now, but this kinda
says it all!

You’ll have to do with this, no time for chatting right now…
but I’ll be back soon. Je t’embrasse!

Wow, love these – what a great idea to use the lyrics for your ‘me’ LO! Btw, Marit, the strip on my ‘flex those pecs’ Lo isn’t a ribbon at all, it’s from one of those Cosmo Cricket Strip Tease sheets, from the cogsmo collection. Had it for ages cos I’ve got three boys, but I keep scrapping them with flowers and stuff!!

Just love this LO, so elegant and simple. Have a soft spot for that song too!!
