Delft blue tile scene

Just a short post to let you know I’m on a tile!

It may look as if I made this on the computer but I did not!
I only turned the pictures (see former post) blue in photoshop,
but I made every “tile” by hand (using fibre-tip pens.)
The journaling contains old dutch proverbs and abhorisms.
I sewed my protective cover into nine pockets (saw that technique on OLW once) to put each “tile” in. Now it looks just like one of those old tile scenes that hung in old dutch houses above the fireplace.
It turned out to be exactly as I wished it would be, so I’m satisfied over it!
