I buy a lot of my scrap supplies in the “Artist Store”.
It is not a scrapbook store – they don’t have Tim Holtz ink and 12 x 12 paper
(they do sell Copic markers though!) but since I’m more into art journaling
I come there often to get me plain paper, permanent markers and so on.
Do you know the smell of an artist store…??? Hmmmm!!!
Long time ago, that store provided me with a “savings card” and every time
I bought something, they wrote the amount on my card.
Feel it coming?
Yep! Last week,
my card was full!!!!
That meant that they
calculate 15 % of the
total amount on my
card, and I could
“free shop” for that!
YEAY!!!
I’ve been glancing
at this box with
oil pastels for
a while and now
I went for it!
I even had money left
to buy permanent
markers and
aquarelle paper!
Now THAT’S a fun way of shopping!!!

I received a Pink Paislee kit, along with a Maya Road Curved Scalloped album!

I worked my ass off this week, writing lessons for the workshop which
started today, and I hadn’t much time left to do anything else…
But I can’t go completely WITHOUT creating all week, so I sneaked in an ATC.
The words come from a very silly song “Teddy bear’s Picnic” but
this line went so well with the image…
And that’s all.
It’s raining over here.
And I’m cold.
I’m stressed and cranky.
