I’m almost done with the writing for this month. Pfew!
Ha. Not for long. I will have some extra spare time for a while
and then it will start all over… and I will again be writing articles
for the next issue of the magazine.
And so on, and so further.
But I’m doing well.
I’m totally used to the writing now and I found a rhythm and balance
that works well for me. Wanna see how “my work” looks like?

These are the boxes, piled up in the office room.

Each box contains a bunch of layouts, and I write the articles
to go with the layouts. This is only a third of the boxes I got
for the November/December issue #44.
I’m not showing you what is IN the boxes of course.

I fiddled around with some patterned paper yesterday evening.
I had all kinds of magazines, images and scraps laying on the table
and played with my weekly journal. At the same time, I worked on
a card for a friend and it was fun to have a small ATC-sized paper
on the side. Whenever an image didn’t fit in my journal or on the card
I slid it on to the ATC. I even used the tiny little left over papers,
I hardly threw bits away!
It’s been a while since I made an ATC (and I sure miss
the “ATC the Music” blog… Linda, where are you?)
I like my little card!
It was a good idea to keep an ATC sized card next to my weekly journal,
so I could use the left overs for an ATC. I think I will do this more often!
..
And now, on to the weekend!
I expect my parents to visit me one of these days.
They are coming home from their holiday in France.
Most of the times, they take the highway that passes by the city I live in,
so sometimes they stop by and stay with us for a day or two.
I’m almost sure they will visit me this weekend since it is nearly my birthday…
It will be a fun weekend then!
