I have something “cooking” for you, but it won’t be on my blog until
\nTuesday so I thought of\u00a0writing a short post in between showing you my “inspiration diary”.<\/p>\n

\nMy intention was
\nto use it for notes, sentences that inspire me, techniques I
\nwant to try
\nor\u00a0ideas I have
\n(and maybe want to work out later) but…\u00a0<\/p>\n

…the very\u00a0moment I\u00a0made the first
\npage I noticed that
\nI wanted it to be “nice and neat” and that’s not what it should be at all…
\nIt’s supposed to be a diary\u00a0for inspiring notes and\u00a0 “try outs”\u00a0and little sketches etc.
\nI suppose I found the core of my character right there… it always has to be “perfect-finished” with me!
\nSo\u00a0I make it my goal for this new year to get rid of the idea that everything I do or make should be “neat”…
\nI have to allow myself that it’s\u00a0OK to just “do something”, play a bit and don’t expect a finished layout (or whatever) all the time. I guess this little diary is on it’s way to\u00a0become a huge obstacle in my exertions to loosen up a bit.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Anyway, the
\n“nice and neat” pages\u00a0allready\u00a0in the diary\u00a0may stay there to remind me…\u00a0<\/p>\n

…and you can
\ntake a look at this simple and lovely technique I tried after seeing it in a magazine… (the word spells “sand”)<\/p>\n

It’s really simple!!!
\nJust put the\u00a0word
\nor sentence you want to highlight in reverse on the back of the paper.
\nMake small holes with a pin\/needle around\u00a0it, turn the page and voila!<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

It’s the fourth day in this new year already, and I’ve been thinking about the new word OLW came up with to “start” the year…
\nYep, the new Word Up is START… and I don’t have anything with that word.
\nI mean totally nothing. Nope. No starts for me.\u00a0
\nAll\u00a0STARTS\u00a0must END.\u00a0That’s inherent in the word. I don’t like starts and I don’t like endings, I just go with the flow. My genes\u00a0include parts of\u00a0my ancestors and my son will take them further into this world after I’m gone…
\nnothing really starts and nothing really ends.<\/p>\n

A bit philosophical, I know and I don’t always feel it that way\u00a0(I have starts and endings in my life like\u00a0everybody else\u00a0… but I’m not in the mood for that now!) but as a result I decided not to play along with OLW this time.
\nI’ll wait to see what ScrapMojo comes up with on the 5th, and I have lots of other ideas\u00a0too. I’ll stay creative anyway.<\/p>\n
