She opens wide to let me in.\u00a0<br \/>\nIn the distance\u00a0I can see the future. Still misty and far, far away.<br \/>\nMany ways lead to it.\u00a0<br \/>\nSoon I&#8221;ll\u00a0have to make a choice about which path I should take.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m only at the beginning. Yet, everything is possible.<br \/>\nThe world is smiling at me and I smile right back at her.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/maritspaperworld.com\/old-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/02_emblace_journaling.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1592\" title=\"02_emblace_journaling\" src=\"https:\/\/maritspaperworld.com\/old-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/02_emblace_journaling-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><br \/>\nI&#8217;m still safe<br \/>\nin my fathers arms though.<br \/>\nMy head on his shoulders.<br \/>\nHe&#8217;s laughing. I&#8217;m laughing.<br \/>\nHe <span style=\"color: #008080;\">holds me tight but my legs are already\u00a0withdrawing. They&#8217;re\u00a0longing\u00a0to explore the world.\u00a0When it&#8217;s time, dad\u00a0will let me go with\u00a0an easy mind.<br \/>\nHe knows those legs of mine<br \/>\nare strong enough to carry me.\u00a0<br \/>\nMy parents\u00a0took care of that. Strong legs and a safe haven to take off from. And to return to whenever I want.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Here I am.
