When all the laughter dies in sorrow
\nAnd the tears have risen to a flood
\nWhen all the wars have found a cause
\nIn human wisdom and in blood
\nDo you think they’ll cry in sadness
\nDo you think the eye will blink
\nDo you think they’ll curse the madness
\nDo you even think they’ll think<\/em><\/p>\n

When all the great galactic systems
\nSigh to a frozen halt in space
\nDo you think there will be some remnant
\nOf beauty of the human race
\nDo you think there will be a vestige
\nOr a sniffle or a cosmic tear
\nDo you think a greater thinking thing
\nWill give a damn that man was here<\/em><\/p>\n
