Helen and Lou received my gift this week. Of course I took photo’s of\u00a0what I made before shipping it and because\u00a0Helen<\/a>\u00a0published\u00a0some pics\u00a0on her blog today, I can show it to you too! I made her this little book.<\/p>\n

Where do you find your inspiration?<\/strong>
\nI find it all around me! Even commercials can inspire me sometimes!
\nBut let me tell\/show you\u00a0where\u00a0my\u00a0latest inspiration came from…<\/p>\n

Right now I’m working on a lay out inspired by two challenge sites.
\nFirst there’s Scrapping out LOUD!<\/a> with a challenge about using\u00a0three different patterned papers (that’s easy!)<\/p>\n

and I combined that with the\u00a0song Scrapping the Music<\/a> came up with.\u00a0
\n(“Dream On” – Aero Smith) I don’t like Aero Smith AT ALL, but there was\u00a0a sentence in the lyrics that perfectly matched with the photo I wanted to use.<\/p>\n

\nAnd then there is\u00a0this small piece of paper. I think\u00a0it’s Sassafras, but I’m not sure\u00a0
\n’cause it came in a\u00a0Scrap-a-Licious Workshop kit and it shows no brand name.<\/p>\n

Anyway,\u00a0I’m not using this paper on my LO, but it inspires me together with…\u00a0<\/p>\n

\nThe words ‘READY’ in this page are all handstitched\u00a0so guess what\u00a0I did\u00a0on my latest lay out? Thanks Revlie!
\nIt took me a lot of time but I stitched a complete sentence (Yep, the “Aero Smith one”) on my LO yesterday!<\/p>\n

\nLast week I got a comment from Birgit Koopsen<\/a>, telling me I won
\nthis stamps\u00a0on the Buzz\u00a0blog<\/a>. Yessssss!!!
\nI just LOVE to win something! Anything! Don’t you?<\/p>\n

These\u00a0stamps\u00a0are coming
\nmy way now!!! See that little bug?
\nWhat’s\u00a0his name….
\nwe call\u00a0that\u00a0“Our-Sweet-Lord-Bug” over in Holland, so it’s appropriate to use this stamp at Easter!
\nLets hope\u00a0I’ll find it in the mail before then.<\/p>\n

OK, enough with the small talk. Off to do some serious work.
