Two days from now it’s my birthday.
I am not a party animal
but I love to have my parents,
some friends and
neighbors
come visit me.
I am not much of a cook,
but there’s one thing that most certainly
will appear on the table
my infamous “Elvis cake”
(a recipe from the “I love Elvis Cookbook”)
Banana Cream pie
Suiker, vanille… het is geen feest zonder de fameuze Elvis taart |
Sugar, vanilla… no birthday without Elvis’ banana cream pie |
I submit this haiku to Haiku my Heart
Have a fantastic weekend y’all
