Morning lovelies! Another Wednesday and I have a day off – yay! Now I could use this extra time to write a long ‘Wednesday post’ but I am going to visit a friend in a town nearby and have to take the train later this morning, so I’ll keep it short and sweet…
This is how my desk looks this morning – the start of a ‘tiny journal’ (it’s been ages since I created those, but I made a few in the past see this gallery)
I showed you this photo two weeks ago…
… and here’s the progress I made…
some adding, some covering, some adding again… it’s growing slowly but steadily!
And here’s my latest spreads in my Chronicles art journal.
Chronicles 2023 – Week 4
Chronicles 2023 – Week 5
In week 5, my country commemorates the flood disaster of 1953 – see my blogpost from February 3
… and now I’m off to get washed, dressed and on my way to my friend. Have a nice day you; enjoy the people around and don’t forget to call or visit an old friend every now and then.

You’re so right about calling/visiting old friends – I ended up phoning people instead of sending Christmas cards and it was really lovely to reconnect. Great journal pages and I like the progress of the canvas. Have a great day!

Inope you have a lovely day, riding the train and visiting, sounds good to me. I’d quite forgotten how small your little books were, made me draw in my breath Marit, I’m not sure my eyesight would let me work on that for long periods now! Love that the canvas is seeing some progress….it’s all about getting used to the size I suspect. Which is probably why you’ve gone so small at the desk!

Enjoy your day

I absolutely love your small journals, I looked at them all in the gallery. We are not at home at the moment, but I have just got to make some of these. My “want to do” list grows longer and longer! Will you be sticking the backs together to make the pages? Hope you have a lovely day out. Happy WOYWW. Angela #14

Loved looking at your ‘tiny journal’ gallery. Maybe I should make something similar, might get my creative juices flowing, my crafting is getting so staid lately. Lovely to see you as always, enjoy your time with your friend!! Have a good week, love n hugs Cindy xx

Oh I love the progress on your collage. It’s really evolving – I do hope you will keep sharing it so we see how it turns out in the end. Also wonderful to see the Chronicles. Still not branched out in my own daily journal to much more that little scraps of decoration but I am still inspired by your work every time I see it!
Late in, but on the day!
