It’s finally Friday – time moved so fast last week!
I’ve been working with the team on FEATURING magazine and day after day,
time just flew by! I can’t tell you much about it ofcourse, but I can tell you
this much: it’s getting better every day!
There’s something I cán tell you though… and I will do so in a haiku so read on
..
Klein, blauw vogeltje
kreeg het dan toch voor mekaar nu zing ik mee – tweet! |
Little blue bird won
From now on I sing along in the big choir – tweet! |
Oh yes…. thanks to my team – especially Julie who set it up for us –
FEATURING magazine is on twitter!
Because I didn’t know one single thing about twitter (I hardly knew what it
WAS really!) I read the series of blogposts ‘Tips for the Twitter-curious’
that Julie published in January. Boy, did I learn a lot from that!
Tips for the Twitter-curious is a free 9-part blog mini-series for people
who want to:
- read about what on earth twitter.com is and does;
- get more out of Twitter than they already are;
- hear practical ideas on making the site work for them;
- uncover some of the more artistic values and uses of Twitter.
And now, my dear friends… not only FEATURING magazine
is on twitter: Featuring_Mag
I am too: MaritPaperWorld
I even ‘tweeted’ a message… yes, just one.
After years being ‘comfortably numb’ you don’t blame me
for taking it slow, do you?
Tuesday’s post was all about the upcoming Top 2000 party,
so I still own you the Chronicles page from the week before
The Chronicles of Marit – Week 48
(Size: 23 x 31 cm - 9.1 x 12.2 inch)
It’s a bit of a simple page ’cause I had not much time to work on it
(the same applies for this week’s page I’m afraid – I did not even
start on it yet!) Oh well, never mind. With the left over circles, doodles
and cut out image, I like it anyway.
That’s it for today dear ones.
If you’re up to read more haiku, I recommend you visit Recuaerda mi Corazon
where sweet Rebecca hosts the weekly ‘Haiku my heart Friday’.
There’s nothing else to say except: enjoy your weekend!
(*tweet*)
Even when you know about twitter, it can still be a mystery.
Aw, thanks Marit. I’m always really happy when someone uses that series and finds it useful! I told you you’d get to grips with it soon enough.
🙂
Glad for you successes this week and your haiku illustrates your satisfaction!!! What a wonderful feeling! Have a grand weekend! Cathy
I like the doodling on this page.

How Fun!! I loveeeeeeee the Haiku and loving this weeks page!! Great colors! :):):):):):):):):):):)
What a fun haiku. Twitter is still a bit of a mystery to me. I’ll check out ‘Tips for the Twitter-curious’. Thanks!
Hihi….
Ìk vind em in elk geval geweldig!!!
I’m not likely to twitter anyone but I love your haiku and can hardly wait for Featuring magazine to come.
I like your leftover circles and doodles too! Congratulations for figuring out how to Tweet. I believe I have a Twitter account. I have been meaning to have a look at the Featuring Magazine, but just haven’t had the time with all the other projects I have been attending to. I feel better these days and actually feel like doing something, even nif it has been just typing. Loved the visit here today as i usually do.
Peace my friend
a beautiful bird who tweets….!!
leuke haiku:) en je pagina is alles behalve simpel hoor!!!prachtig!!!
