Drawing collaboration – environment

September 20, 2021 By Marit 1 Comment

Drawing collaboration with my son Nout.

Nout and his girlfriend went on vacation for ten days and after that Nout started a new project on his job, so it took a while before he got back to drawing again… but here we are, with a new blogpost and some new work. We choose the theme ‘environment’ and while he drew his holiday surroundings, I drew what I see when I walk from my work to home.

Drawings made by me (Marit)

“De groentehal” (green grocery shop)

Spanjaardstraat

Vijf ringen

Drawings made by Nout

On vacation: biking in the hills

On vacation: patio at the Basilica of Saint Servatius in the town of Maastricht

Nout coloured the line-drawing…

… but had doubts afterwards.
“Maybe I should have kept it in black & white.”
What do you think?

Thanks for stopping by today, please leave us a comment, we’d like that!

These are amazing! Wonderful to be able to see your and your and Nout’s impressions of your immediate environments both at home and while on vacation!
