During the weeks that we packed and moved, I didn’t have time to keep the spreads in my weekly art journal going… I made notes most of the days but that was it.
Now that I unpacked most of my stuff and the new atelier is kinda ‘running’, I wanted to preserve those memories in my journal instead of leaving all those pages blank, so I decided to make ‘fast and furious’ pages with my notes. It was also good to find the creative flow again…
these spreads aren’t ‘nice’ or ‘beautiful’ but they hold the notes of the days we painted walls, packed stuff in boxes, put a new floor in the new appartment etcetera.

I can’t wait to start ‘the real creating’ but we have such lovely (Summery)weather in the Netherlands that I spend most days outside enjoying the sun. I also went for a long walk with my photo camera – playing ‘tourist in my own city’ – and photographed the ‘hotspots’ of this town. I will post those photo’s and show you my new neighbourhood Wednesday so I hope to see you back then!

Je bent alweer helemaal “bij” met je chronicles. Fantastisch dat je dat allemaal kunt tussen inrichten door en alles wat daarbij komt kijken.
