Days fly by, the year is almost over and I haven’t even bound me a new Chronicles art journal for 2020 yet. However, I decided on the seize and did cut & fold the signatures already; I might create a cover and bind it all together this weekend. I might even start today… but first, my Friday haiku.
Friday haiku
Ze klitten samen schudden hun wilde haren als een stel pubers |
They stick together like youngsters on a schoolyard and shake their wild oats |
The photo was taken by my friend Lena Schreijenberg
I submit this haiku to Recuerda Mi Corazon where our lovely hostess Rebecca brings us all together to share a haiku on Friday: Haiku my Heart.
There’s two art journal spreads I want to show. I save the third one I (week 49) for the next blogpost ’cause I don’t want to overload this blogpost.

And that’s it for today, short and sweet.
Thank you for visiting my blog!

Wonderful haiku and beautiful photo! All limbs raised in praise of the Creator! Happy weekend to you!
Sticking together is important in this wild and sometimes dangerous world.
I always feel sorry for trees that have been pollard. Interesting shot. Nice haiku.
Thank you Merit for these snipets into your art-making! I love Lena’s photo paired with your haiku. It is one of the things I love most about winter, seeing the bare bones of the trees. Your haiku takes them further into personalities and a story unfolding! Thank you my freind!
oh, i cannot even begin to express how much i LOVE your haiku! thank you for your offering and all the beauty you bring to the haiku circle! much love across the fields. xo
Marvelous collage artwork and wonderful nature shot ~ helps to ‘stick together’ ~ solitary is good at times too. ~ lovely haiku ^_^
