Friday haiku: Rhododendron

May 28, 2021 By Marit 8 Comments

Friday haiku

Eén kiezelsteentje
en de Rhododendron doet
een rondedansje
One little pebble
and the Rhododendron starts
to twirl in the pond

The photo is taken by Lena Schreijenberg
I submit this haiku to Haiku my Heart

Thanks for stopping by,
Je t’embrasse

That looks like something that one of the Impressionist masters—Monet, for instance—could have painted. I love both the haiku and the photo!

What a picture of serenity! Even the ripples in the water seem peaceful.
