Friday haiku: to hold

March 12, 2021 By Marit 7 Comments

Friday haiku

wat is de reden
dat de laatste drie palen
elkaar vasthouden?
three of those beach poles
are holding each other tight
is there a reason?

The photo is taken by Lena Schreijenberg

I submit this haiku to Recuerda Mi Corazon where our lovely hostess Rebecca brings us all together to share a haiku on Friday: Haiku my Heart

Thanks for your visit, enjoy your day and all the little and big things it brings!

Je t’embrasse

I love this Marit. And wish I was there to explore this mystery… I will take it with me into my day. Thanks to you and Lena for this treasure. A big hug to you my zeeland friend.

There are many reasons for many things in this world that we do not understand.

Oh, there’s always a reason for something, but most of the time we have no idea what it is! 🙂

this is such a moving photo-and i love the question you pose. your haiku invites reflection on who we are in the world and if we are aware and willing to support and care for others. please let it be so. the world is desperate for compassionate hearts.
