Scandinavian Christmas

September 18, 2012 By Marit 9 Comments

Ha… ME, talking CHRISTMAS… in September – who’d ever thought that?
Well, better be early with the announcements because December is going to
be an extraordinary month…

of course there will be my Top 2000 blogparty starting on Christmasday
(for the ones who don’t know what that is, click the link. I will probably annoy
you a LOT talking about it in the upcoming months so I won’t start now… ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

There is, however yet another blog-event going to happen in December.
In the Scandinavian countries,ย  everyone is looking forward to Christmas
waaaaaayyy before it is December.ย Riikka from Paperiliitin proves it – ’cause
she choose today to announce her ‘Creative Christmas Calendar’ blog event.

I was asked to take part as a guest-blogger and I have something really
inspiring cooking for you all! Click on the image to go to Riikka’s blog
to find out more about this event!

As much as I look forward to December… it’s not there yet and in the
meantime there’s a special ‘event’ waiting for me in the next few days.
Oh yes. Very, VERY special!!! I’ll tell you more about it later (’cause
I’m sure there will be photos to show!)

Talking about weeks… last week was kinda ‘normal’.
(Hmm, normal, what’s that?)
FEATURING magazine went to the printers office and it took me
a few days to wind off – days on which I freewheeled a bit, created a bit,
did a bit of housekeeping (not too much!) and relaxed.
Here’s the spread (click to enlarge)

The Chronicles of Marit 2012 – Week 37

(Size: 24,5 x 49 cm โ€“ 9.65 x 14.86 inch)

My online workshops Let it Loose and A Creative Art Journey (see
buttons in the sidebar) started this week and the ‘classroom’ is buzzing
with excitement… a lot of enthusiastic ladies – no gentlemen this time –
were itching to start and jumped with loud cheers onto the first lesson ๐Ÿ˜‰

Wanna join the fun?
Registration is possible until September 30.
Click here for all the information.

… and that’s all for today guys – see you soon!
