Goodmorning lovely ones. It’s another Friday and I am in a bubbly mood… so I choose this photo to write a haiku

The photo is made by my friend Lena Schreijenberg

De zee vermaakt zich
– als een vijfjarig meisje –
met bellen blazen.

The sea entertains
herself and people passing
with blowing bubbles

As a child I loved blowing bubbles and even today I can still get lost in the colours that bubbles show while drifting in the sunlight… ain’t it amazing, the little beauties that nature shows when you pay attention?!

I submit this haiku to Recuerda Mi Corazon where our lovely hostess Rebecca brings us all together to share a haiku on Friday: Haiku my Heart.

Since I have a job (see this post) I only have time to write a blogpost on Fridays so you will see more of my art coming in this haiku-posts. Today I have this Chronicles art journal page to show you.

The Chronicles of Marit 2019 – Week 35

See that little photo at the bottom left? That’s the building I work in. My work-room is just above the big front door – yes, the window with that little balcony where once the Dutch queen “Wilhelmina” stood to wave at the public.

The room therefor is called ‘Wilhelmina room’ and it’s a pleasure to work in such a beautiful building with heigh ceilings (and toe-breaking wooden stairs… that too..) so it’s no wonder I get into a bubbly mood is it?! I might open that window one day, put on a hat and wave at the public myself!

Thanks for visiting my blog today, have a great weekend.
Go do something fun.
Blow some bubbles!
