WOYWW #208 – 4th Anniversary!!

May 29, 2013 By Marit 25 Comments

Yoohoo – Today WOYWW celebrates its fourth anniversary.

woyww4

Happy 4th Anniversary to everyone that takes part in the What’s on Your Work desk Wednesday and especially HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Julia who’s brain child this is. I am glad to  join in the fun every Wednesday.

[If you have no idea what this is all about hop over to Julia’s place to find out more.]

To celebrate, some of the participants made ATCs and there’s a big swap going on right now. I jumped in, and made several ATCs. One for Julia, our lovely host. One for the name on the list next to me who takes part in the swap and I have five ATCs left to randomly swap. I plan to hop around, visit desks and I am sure I will come around places/artists that want to swap their ATCs.

Here’s how my desk looked yesterday evening.

… and now I’m off to party.
See ya!

Goed bezig, mooie ATC’s met die zelfgemaakte stempel. Moest wel erg lachen om het tellen van postzegels. Heb je die in alle hoeken van je huis gevonden?? Ze zijn allemaal anders!!

That is so clever, I have trouble stamping a stamp, let alone making one!! Love all the colours and handmade envelopes, wow, that puts my ATCs completely to shame.
Have a great week and happy 4th WOYWW.

I had to laugh at your glue stick comment – apparently we have had similar experiences with them. That’s why the Ranger one was such a surprise. Of course I haven’t gone back to look at the pages since Sunday; I suppose I could find everything has come apart by now. So much for my product testing days! I’m excited to swap ATC’S with you…I’m a definite fan of your work!!
Thanks for stopping by the Fun Room.

I know I’m a day late but I’m trying to make it around everyone this week. It’s going to take some time, but I wanted to say that it’s amazing that the internet can bring together so many likeminded people and I’m grateful that WOYWW has also brought along so many new friends, thanks to Julia.

It looks like a very busy desk there Marit. I love your colourful ATC’s.

Enjoy your weekly snoop, especially as we’re celebrating WOYWW’s 4th Anniversary.
    Happy Crafting!

    Hi Marit,
Thanks for your comment and your Dutch good wishes. 🙂 You know, we get so accustomed to being far away from everywhere and having no international land borders. It is a surprise sometimes to think about how close these Wednesdays bring us.
I love the photo of your desk with all the pointers. I am so impressed with the hand carved stamp and have been interested in those made by Godelieve.
    Best wishes from Down Under,
    Ros. #28

For 4 years now i’ve been dropping by,
To view some desks and see what I can spy,
Will it be a card, some stash or ATC,
whatever it is, thanks for sharing it,
    Happy Belated WOYWW 4th Anniversary
