I saw it coming… I kinda felt it already but it stayed dormant for quite a while until last week, when that nasty virus burst out and grabbed me by the throat. Yep, I caught a heavy cold. Now of course I knew what to expect (sore throat, coughing, running nose) and it was all there, but there was something really strange with this virus – another symptom arose: the virus got to my eyes. I could not get my eyes open in the morning! I mean really: it felt like someone sealed my eyelids overnight. NOT. FUNNY. I had to stumble blind to the bathroom to wash my eyes with warm water for 6 mornings, to soften the ‘ooze’ in order to open my eyes. This morning was the first that I could at least see the alarm clock on the side table, but I still had a lot of sh#$%t hanging from my eyelashes… but I hope the worst is over now. I can at least stay at my computer for a while without getting hazy eyes, that’s a good thing.
I will take it easy on the blogging though ~ you may have to wait another week for the next blogpost ~ but today I have photo of my work desk and some Chronicles art journal pages to show you.
Short but sweet, here we go
The Chronicles of Marit 2015 – Week 35
The Chronicles of Marit 2015 – Week 36
The photo of my work desk is taken for What’s On Your Work desk? Wednesday. WOYWW is a bloghop series, hosted by Julia from the UK. Artists from all over the world post a photo of their desk on their blog and leave a link at Julia’s blog. More info about woyww can be found here.
I hope to be able to visit some of my fellow-deskers’ blogs and SEE the other work desks in the next couple of days.
Have a nice week y’all.
SEE what’s around you and be happy.
