Woyww #384 & Giveaway Winner

October 12, 2016 By Marit 17 Comments

Good morning everyone! Did you expect me here? Well of course you did! After all, it’s Wednesday and so there’s my weekly desk-photo for What’s On Your Work desk Wednesday. Woyww, as we call it, is a weekly blog hop hosted by Julia Dunnit!ย  {She has the rules and regulations posted on her blog if you would like to hop along with us.} But I bet you are dying to find out who won the giveaway from last week as well… the winner is at the end of this post but WAIT… I show you my desk first… and two art journal spreads…. {but if you really cannot wait any longer, you can scroll to the end of this post right now to see who won, and once you know you can come back to the beginning to see the desk and art journal spreads… your choice!)

See how those plants, which I put in the window sill last week, bloom? I love it!

Last month brought some really warm weeks, temperatures rose to 30 degrees Celcius in September. The art journal spreads of those weeks show the Summer-feel that our country experienced…

Ok now, you waited long enough (or did you take a peek already?) so here are the winners of last week’s Frightfully Fall Blog Hop giveaway. Jessica draw the winner of her stencils and you can find out if YOU are the lucky one by checking out Jesscia’s blogpost {now that’s a mean one, isn’t it ๐Ÿ™‚ }

The winner of my giveaway, a packet of Autumn/Halloween related papers, ephemera, embellishments, art-postcards and notebook is…. VICKY (butterfliecrafter.) Congratulations Vicky, I’ve already sent you an email and will post the packet as soon as I have your snail mail address.

Have a great week you all, and see you again soon!

    Happy WOYWW. Firstly, congrats to Vicky for winning the giveaway. Your pages are fab. So much colour and stuff to read/look at. We have had a long spell of wonderful October weather in Pembrokeshire, but that is due to end on Friday with the more usual rain/wind arriving. Not looking forward to it. Sunshine and dry ground really helps with all the animal care and dog walking. Ali x #10

    Lovely Indian Summer inspired pages. Is that Sinead O’connor screaming her head off LOL? Congrats to Vicky! Lucky she’s in the same country as you, so the packet doesn’t have to travel far. I hope she’ll show us what you sent her next week! Happy WOYWW! zsuzsa #22

      Thanks for the sweet comment Monica. I’ve been indeed thinking about a ‘Chronicles group’ but wouldn’t that be too much ‘life-book-ish’??? I might throw it up on my blog and facebook and ask my followers…

    Oh your chronicles of Marit pages are super. The weather has just been amazing hasn’t it, really has helped make the onset autumn enjoyable. Well done on the potted plants, such a pleasure to successfully nurture! So is there a story behind the mini Zelda doll?!!

    Love your pages! They are so crazy, bright, and fun! I still have yet to do anything (on my own) in my art journal. I love how you incorporate magazine cutouts and doodling! It’s kinda cold here in my area. Kinda wish it was summer again. (Jen – My Scrap Menagerie) #16
