Hello there lovelies, here I am blogging again!
It feels a bit odd after all these months of silence and I’m still not ‘into the groove’, but I’m trying dear ones, I’m trying and I do hope I will get back to regular creating and blogging soon… untill then, I hope to surprise you (and myself) every now and then with a short blogpost and something creative…
Since today is Wednesday and my workdesk in my new – only just unpacked and set – atelier* was bursting with colours this morning (* I won’t be using the word ‘studio’ anymore – I have my reasons… long story…) I thought it would be fun to join WOYWW again… It is good to see Julia and the whole bunch of collaborators are still showing their workdesks on Wednesday.

The photo of my desk was taken early this morning, and I finished the art journal page that’s laying on my desk in the hours that followed. The page was made for Tangent #1 of the Art Journal Tangents & Tactics Series” that Tammy ‘Daisy Yellow’ Garcia started on her blog last week. This prompt was just right to get me ‘loose’ and have plain and simple fun playing with my art journal again.
I used a black marker, water colour paint and a golden marker to colour the lettering and lines – in real live, the golden shimmers and shines a bit, but that does not show on the photo. The green silhouette was already on the page when I started and I instead of turning the page to find a new, blank, one, I just integrated the silhouette by doodling around it.
After a long time no blogging, I notice my English (vocabulaire, spelling and grammar) has become rusty… I know it will improve when I start regular blogging again but for now, I appologize for any mistakes. Thanks for visiting and hope to see you again soon.

I like how you kept the silhouette in the journal. I think silhouettes on pages are getting to be a thing these days so you are right on trend. I loved seeing your desk with all parts nicely labeled. What a wonderful place to play. Judy #70
