Something to be…

August 28, 2012 By Marit 8 Comments

We are heading towards Autumn.
The mist in the morning which slowly dissolves.
The hydrangea, who lost its bright blue colour and looks
rather pale, warming up in the midday sun.
And I?

I love this late Summer, early Fall time of year!
I also look forward to the next months but I almost pale too
when I see how busy I am going to be…

There’s no reason to have pity on me though.
Every one of the assignments that I have laying on my plate is
equally challenging, energizing, stimulating, thought-provoking
and above all: creative. Yes, you can call it ‘work’ but I bet a lot
of people would want to swap with me if they knew the exciting
things that await for me. I will not complain!

I guess I saw it coming, ’cause last Summer I made this art journal page
that is more contemporary now than ever.

Now that the ‘Quirky Dutch Summer posts’ have come to an end,
I can start showing my finished Chronicles spreads on Tuesdays again.
That is, when they are finished (but they usually are, ’cause I always try
to make these spreads in the weekends.) Here is last week ‘s…
